Facing problems

        The customer needs to be able to complete the scanning in a short time, position the holes, and obtain data with high accuracy. The scanned sample is 3 or 4 meters high, and has a complex structure, with many parts at the joints, and it is easy to form angles, which poses a certain challenge to the scanning work. difficulty.

        Use traditional scanning methods. The scanning work cannot be completed in a short time, it will consume a lot of time, and the scanned data is not enough to complete the subsequent work, so this scanning method is not suitable.

Solution

        To deal with customers' different sample scanning needs, we will customize suitable solutions based on customer samples. For this customer's scan, our engineers used a handheld 3D scanner Model 49 to comprehensively scan the sample to obtain accurate data. The scan can be completed in 10 minutes to obtain data.
