Air travel has increasingly become one of the important means of transportation, and passengers' riding experience has received more and more attention. The strength of the sound insulation inside the cabin has become one of the main issues, and the airtightness of the inner covering of the aircraft is a direct influencing factor.
1. In order to achieve a higher degree of fit when the aircraft panels are assembled, three-dimensional data is acquired for the processed inner panels.
2. The use of traditional measurement tools to obtain special surface data for aircraft interior panels is incomplete and cannot meet customer needs.
On-site scan of aircraft inner covering parts
Use the HOLON 3D handheld 3D scanner Model 37 with 37 intersecting blue laser lines to quickly and accurately obtain 3D data. Through comparative analysis and detection of three-dimensional data, the cumulative error of data splicing can be minimized, ensuring the sound insulation effect of aircraft coverings and giving passengers a more comfortable riding experience.
