Solar reflectors are one of the core components of trough-type medium and high temperature heat collection systems. They are divided into glass mirrors, ceramic mirrors, metal mirrors, etc. Reflectors are an important part of solar heat utilization, and high precision, high reflectivity and high durability constitute important performance indicators of solar reflectors.

Facing problems

The solar reflector is more than 5m long and about 2.5m wide. The 3D scanner equipment cannot complete the deviation of the solar reflector and the mounting hole position of the bracket.

The traditional detection method used to detect the mounting hole position and bracket of the solar reflector is slow and time-consuming, and cannot meet the measurement needs of the company at all.

Solution

For a large domestic new energy company, due to the deviation and deformation of the mounting holes between the trough solar reflector and the bracket, it was very difficult for the company's technicians to install the solar reflector. Hualang technical engineers based on the problems faced by the company , using the Hualang three-dimensional photogrammetry system to detect and analyze the mounting holes and brackets of solar reflectors, providing an effective solution for the company's later installation and debugging of solar reflectors.

Scanning device:

HL-3DP 3D photogrammetry system

Features:

●Global coding actuarial registration, suitable for measurement of different large, medium and small objects.

●For 3D measurement of very large workpieces, controlling the overall accuracy of the workpiece and using it with a 3D scanner can reduce the cumulative error of 3D scan data splicing.

●Quickly calculate the precise three-dimensional coordinates of coding points and landmark points on the workpiece surface.

●Using alloy target rod, the stability is higher.
