 The interior space of the RV is large, resembling a room. The client requires a 3D scan to obtain spatial data inside the RV.

 Traditional 3D scanners are incapable of spatial scanning, resulting in insufficient data acquisition density, inaccurate measurements, and thus failing to achieve ideal results.

Solution

 The interior space of the RV is large, and the customer's data requirements are high. Our engineers use the handheld 3D scanner Model 29+ 3D photogrammetry system (HL-3DP) to perform point-sticking processing on the workpiece. Then, they use the 3D photogrammetry system HL-3DP to take pictures from different angles, and import the pictures into the photogrammetry software. The software automatically calculates the overall framework points of the RV space based on the triangulation principle. Next, the handheld 3D scanner 380 is used to conduct a comprehensive scan of the RV's interior space to obtain high-precision data. The scanning speed is fast and the time taken is short.

       Import the acquired data into 3D software for processing to obtain higher-precision data. The combined use of the two devices can correct the point cloud information of large-area surfaces, greatly improving the overall point cloud stitching accuracy and work efficiency. The acquired data meets the customer's requirements and can be applied to subsequent work.
