A well-known domestic automobile manufacturer needs to reverse design the automobile bumper. 1. Simply using traditional methods (such as inspection tools, fixtures, three-dimensional coordinates, etc.) to measure car bumpers is very cumbersome and time-consuming, and it is not easy to measure and detect the shape of car bumpers accurately and quickly.
2. Car bumpers have many curved surfaces and buckle parts, and the bumpers are relatively large and prone to deformation. It is difficult for ordinary 3D scanners to quickly and accurately obtain the 3D digital model of car bumpers.
