The client's products are mostly small hardware pieces, with both shiny and matte surfaces: the shiny parts easily get noise from ambient light, while the matte parts are hard to capture in detail because they absorb light. On top of that, the accessories are small and intricate, so you have to balance scanning accuracy and speed, which is tough because regular equipment often either distorts the data or just isn't fast enough.

Holon3D uses the Model 49 3D scanner with full blue light technology. By adjusting the laser brightness, it adapts to different material surfaces, eliminating reflective interference and matte absorption issues. The device offers 0.02mm accuracy and a scanning speed of 4.2 million points per second, precisely capturing tiny details. With four switchable scanning modes, it efficiently captures full-size data for complex parts, providing a solid foundation for reverse engineering.
