Forklifts play a really important role in a company's logistics system and are the main force among material handling equipment. 1. The customer needs to perform 3D inspection on the forklift's rear cover to measure the size of the mounting holes, requiring high data accuracy.
2. The workpiece is 2.5 meters wide, weighs 15 tons, is very large, and has an irregular surface with many curved areas and holes.
3. Traditional inspection methods using manual measurement are slow, data is not accurate, many areas cannot be measured effectively, and it’s easy to generate secondary errors.
