Long-term use can easily lead to blade damage or deformation of the curved surface, which affects work efficiency and results. Therefore, it's important to check the base of the blades to understand any deformation.

According to the customer's request and the scanned sample, our engineers used the handheld 3D scanner to perform a full 3D scan of the mixing blade. The 3D scanner automatically locates target points and quickly collects high-precision point cloud data. The collected data is imported into 3D inspection software for analysis of each surface point at the root, checking how well the surface distance deviations meet requirements. A simple and easy-to-understand data report can be exported for the customer to compare and reference, helping to identify problem areas. This helps customers quickly present issues and provides reference data for solutions.
